He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Marshall and Stella Marshall; and his siblings, Donald, Joseph and Velma.
He is survived by: his spouse Orva Chamberland; his daughters, Sandra "Blondie" Marshall (late Bill Ducharme) and Kimberly "Qumquat" Nootchtai (Brian); his stepchildren, Brian Chamberland, Terry Chamberland (Micheline), Glenda Greer (Dennis), Susan Vitone and Neil Chamberland; his granddaughter Briana; and his siblings, Noreen Galley (late Jim), Florence, Marilyn Vasseur (Randy) and Raymond (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
