She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Juhola and Susanna Juhola; her sibling Aarne (Helen-Ann) of Toronto; her spouse Niilo Toivonen; her son Allan (Sally); her grandson Samuel; her nieces and nephews, Edith (late Bill), Sonja and Sandy (Joe); and her sister Ruth of Thessalon.
She is survived by: her sons, Peter (Alison), Ed (Stella), Dave (Joann), Rick (Riekie) and Bill (Sheila); her grandchildren, James, Stephan, Geoffrey, Michael, Johannes, Anja, Hope and Traci; her children, Anja and Niilo; and her sister Ellen (late Orris) of Owen Sound. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
