She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoinette Rivet (Goupil) and Armand Rivet; and her siblings, Rolande Goulard, Marguerite Gauthier, Guy, Jean-Rene, Roger, Jocelyne Portelance, Suzanne Riopel, Marcel, Denise Maranda, Monique Bisaillon, Michel and Marjolaine Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Laforest; her children, Rheal Laforest (Louise), Francine Brouse (Doug), Huguette Monaghan (Blaine), Helene Doussept (Darrell) and Chantal McKay (Kyle); her grandchildren, Martine, Robin, Eric, Patrick, Crystal, Katrina, Brandon, Justin, Chanel, Blake, Parker and Landon; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Chloe, Thalia, Vienna, Hayden, Hudson, Haylie, Samira, Liam, Isabella, Jace, Joel and Jack; her sister Francine Easton; and her siblings-in-law, Gerard Laforest (Francoise), Andre (Madeleine), Alfred (Betty), Richard and Carol.
