He was predeceased by: his parents, Amanda Michel and Ludger Michel; his son Marc (Lynn); his grandson Zachary; and his siblings, Gloria Richard (Paul), Thérèse Lackmanec (John), Flore Cranston (Arnold) and Victor (Penny).
He is survived by: his wife Laurette; his children, Brigitte (Jim), Claude, Bruno (Jennifer), Mario and Valérie (Paul); his grandchildren, Lianne (Sam), Patrick, Geneviève (Evan), Kyra (Mike), Cassia (Jasmin), Sophie (Jérémie), Samuel, Maximilien and Emily; his great grandchildren, Marc and Félix; and his siblings, Gérald (Jeannine), Marcel (late Pauline) and Georgette (late Reginald). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations made directly to the Maison McCulloch Hospice, Inner City Home of Sudbury or La Place des Arts du Grand Sudbury would be appreciated.
