He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Belland and Rose; and his siblings, Irene Deshevy, Marianne Vaillancourt and Armand Belland.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Carol Giasson (Gerry), Brian (Angela), Douglas (Rhonda) and Neil (Donna); his sibling Willy Belland; and his grandchildren, Melanie, Stacey, Tara, Jana, Megan, Tyler, Cody, Jason and Kelly.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Church once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
