He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Welsh and Winifred Jones. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Welsh; his grandchildren, Kalysta, Kole, Kamron, Carter and Avery; and his brothers, Murray (Ronni) and Kenneth (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
