He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Malley and Anna Marie Malley; his brothers, Jerry (Carol) and Carl (Marie Josee); and his siblings' child Lori-Ann.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ross (Debbie), Brian (Terri), Brenda, Ruby (Ray), Ronald (Denise) and Shawn; his siblings' children, Christine, Samantha, Christina, Ross, Melissa, Shane, Paige, Jessica, Meghan, Nikk, Pierre Oliver, Erika and James; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Henry, Heath, Ashton, Nicholas, Mathieu, Braden, Jakob, Dylan, Maddy, Benson, Parker, Zack, Alexis, Remi Marie, Anna-Eve and Carl; and his close friend Diane Gignac. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and many friends.
