He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucio Maristela and Marciana Maristela; his former spouse Felomina Maristela; and his sister Lina (family: Joselito, Leonor, Ruben, Lolita). He is survived by: his spouse Blesilda Pablo; and his brother Bayani.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Church (1250 Barry Downe Rd, Sudbury, ON P3A3V7).
