He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Spadafore and Grace Spadafore; his siblings, Joe (Terry), Carol Holmes and Richard "Dick" (Cathy); and his parents-in-law, Rolf and Mildred "Millie" Sundstrom.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Spadafore; his sons, Steven (Suzanne Peers), Jason (Michelle Gour) and Anthony (Angele Quenville); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Joey Laplante), Brittany (Morgan Wase), Tyler (Jordyn Brosseau), Sarah, Jordan (Madeline Simon), Samantha (Trevor Fraser), Kayden, Gabrielle Labelle, Trayden Moxam and Ellysah; his siblings, Christine "Tina" McKillop and Francis "Honey" Schleen (Murray); and his siblings-in-law, John Sundstrom (Julie) and Wendy Sundstrom-Fenton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
