She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Shoveller and Mildred Shoveller; and her brother Roderick (late Joan). She is survived by: her husband James "Ken" Gauley; her children, Stephanie Penner (Otto), Philip (Precious) and Kent (Courtney); and her grandchildren, Bradley and Logan.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
