She was predeceased by: her sibling Larry MacDonald; and her parents, Joan MacDonald and Lawrence Patrick MacDonald. She is survived by: her spouse Rejean "Ray" Fex of Sudbury; her stepchildren, Robert Fex (Bridgitte) of Waterloo, Rheanne McGregor (Mike Burgess) of Westport and Reg McGregor (Victoria Barnes) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Justin, Matthew and Lucas; and her siblings, Heather Murray (Steve) of Lively, Mary MacDonald of Gananoque and Susan Boucher (Denis) of Noëlville.

Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation, in Carol's memory, would be greatly appreciated.
