He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Burton and Mary Burton; and his siblings, Ronnie Smith (Ginette) and Fay Taillefer (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Linda Burton; his children, Rosanne Aro (Leo), Wade (Jane), Kim Metcalf (Darwin) and Perry (Lynn); his stepchildren, Darlene Spooner (Trevor) and Brad Hass (Anita); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Dan), Wayne (Celeste), Chanelle (Kyle), Krista (Patrick), Ashley (Eric), Shawna (Greg), Taylor (Melanie), Sheldon (Kim), Spencer (Tiah), Boyd and Brielle; and his sibling's children, Philip (JoAnne) and Mona.
