She was predeceased by: her parents, Rino Pelletier and Jacqueline Pelletier. She is survived by: her close friend Ernie Brown; her children, Carinne (Ken), Kevin (Ariel) and Kaytlin (Andrew); her grandchildren, McKenna, Cheyenne, Jordan, Landon, Parker, Koalton, Fisher, Damian, Hazel and Faith; and her siblings, Marlaine and Yvan (Kelly). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the SickKids Foundation or the Canadian Transplant Foundation can be made in Chantal's name.
