He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie and Nancy White. He is survived by: his parents, Cathy White and Tim Lepage (Cheryl); his brother Adam Lepage; his half-brother Curtis Lepage; his nephew Bentley; his stepsiblings, RJ Cayer and Lisa; his grandparents, Emma Lepage and Duncan; his friend Jesse Latimer; and his cousin Matthew Lepage. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
