He was predeceased by: his parents, David Crouse and Jean Crouse; and his brother Greg (Lorie Crouse). He is survived by: his siblings, Allison Johnston (Peter) and Glen Crouse (Leanne); his siblings' children, Shane (Chelsey), Max Schafer, Gemma and Jeremy Crouse; and his caregiver Jan McKay. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to HSN Foundation General Mental Health and Addictions fund in Chris' name would be appreciated.
