Clara Turner Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clara Turner (Sudbury, Ontario), born in Beaver Harbour, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Almon Hawkins and Lucy Hawkins; her son Walter Almon Turner (Andrew Bateman); her great grandchild John Ryan Turner; and her siblings, John, Dolf, Mary, Garnet, Bea, Glenna and Harry.

She is survived by: her husband John Steven Turner; her grandchildren, Lana Blanchette Steven Turner (Brian), Catherine Charron (Marcel) and Richard Turner; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Zach Hase, Amanda Carruthers, Zachary and Alyssa Charron; her great great grandchildren, Sydney, Domenic and Samuel; and her brother Arnold Hawkins. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society world be appreciated by the family.
