He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hanrahan and Anastasia "Violet" Hanrahan; and his sister Mary McDowell (Ray). He is survived by: his wife Pierrette Hanrahan; his children, Daniel Hanrahan (Peggy), Anne-Marie Couture (Frank) and Catherine Hanrahan (Benjamin); his brother Tom Hanrahan (Francis); and his grandchildren, Danielle Couture, Jordan Couture, Bradley Ewing, Ashley Whitford, Corey Hanrahan, Nathaniel Couture and Loucas Couture. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to St-Paul the Apostle Parish of Coniston.
