He was predeceased by: his parents, John McIntyre and Linda McIntyre. He is survived by: his close friend Jacqueline Bilodeau; his children, Trista Cory (Ryan) and Kyle; the mother of his children Lori Holmes; his stepchildren, Cassandra (Alex) and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Zavier, Kaydance, Avery, Naomi and Kira; and his siblings, John (Helen), Keith (Cindy) and Kenna Polemans (Doug). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
