We announce the death of David Hagglund (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 53. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ann Hagglund; his sisters, Valerie Coulman (Randy) and Diane Hagglund (Jean-Marc); his wife Julie Haggis; his sons, Drew Haggis (Brittney) and Wesley Hagglund; his close friend Rose-Anne Nault; and his stepdaughters, Jenny (Josie) and Marisa Laronde. He was also cherished by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Simple Wishes of the North (1106 Kingsway, Sudbury, ON P3B2E5).
