She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Withers and Lola Withers; her husband Ronald Carter; and her siblings, David, Marjorie, Carol, Orma and Wanda.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Carter (Rimon), Linda Theriault (Mike) and Tracy Carter-Mckie (Jason); her grandchildren, Kristin (Justin), Cassandra (Nathan), Kyle, Courtney, Samantha, Skyla, Mack (Makenna), Kaylee (Kurtis), Seth, Hayden and Blair; her great grandchild Paislyn; her siblings, Patricia and Orval (Rusty); and her pet Tiger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
