It is with sadness that the passing of Drake Harland York of Sudbury, Ontario is shared. Drake, born on November 21, 2005, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Randy York. He is survived by: his parents, Tim York and Barb York; his aunt Tiffany York; his uncle Tim Pyoli; his godson Oakley; his friends, Pat, Izzy, Ashton, Wesley, Lucas, James, Eric, Sammie, Jay, Sam, Justin, Wendy, Felix, Ryan and Sean; his significant other Ashton Chenier; Aven York (Charlie Last-Julien), Audrey Berube-Michaelis, Penelope, Lynne York, David Sanders, Tim Sanders (Amber), Fionna, Hannah, Miia, Leland, Damon, Satyra and Fred. He is also survived by Mom and Dad.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lougheed Funeral Home (4605 Michelle Dr, Hanmer, ON P3P1L6). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Centennial Arena (4333 Centennial Dr, Greater Sudbury, ON P3P1G6).
