He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond and Gabrielle of Creighton; his son Luke; his stepchildren, Jason (Jennifer) and Jodi (Alexandre); and his grandchildren, Avery, Grace, Madison and Jacob.

He is survived by: his close friend Gisèle. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Health Sciences North, or the Canadian Lung Association would be most appreciated.
