He was predeceased by: his parents, Honoré Forget and Diana Forget; his siblings, Martial (Béatrice) and Germaine (Lionel Metthé); and his siblings-in-law, Fernand Perrin (late Agnès), Aline Kovalchek (late Mike), Gérald (late Denise) and Léo (Ghislaine).
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine; his children, Daniel (Karen), Ginette (John Rose), Julie (Jean-Pierre Ouellet) and Robert (Suzette); and his sibling-in-law Rene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations may be made to Diabetes Canada in Edouard's memory would greatly be appreciated.
