With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eila Koski (Sudbury, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Eila left this world on April 19, 2026 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John (Onni); and her parents, Lauri and Ruusa (Wirta). She is survived by: her children, Ken (Sandra Oblin), Judi and Sharon Tastula (Juha); her grandchildren, Ben Tastula (Julia), Sara Villa (Vince), Adam Tastula (Kaley), Chris Tate, Allison Tate, Lindsay Bonora (Brian) and Andrea Leveille (Andre); her cousins, Norma Kauppi and Bob Freeman; her sisters-in-law, Velma Kaven and Rose Johnson; her child Lively; and her close friend Bill Mason. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Those who wish to do so may make a memorial contribution to the organization of their choice in memory of our mother, with the appreciation of our family.
