He was predeceased by: his parents, Oiva Jokela and Mirja Jokela; and his wife Aune. He is survived by: his children, Marlene Doniec (Gregg), Ken Jokela (Wendy) of Sudbury and Danny Jokela (Leanna) of Sudbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
