We are sad to announce that, on October 24, 2025, at the age of 87, Elizabeth Rose Fortin (Sudbury, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gary; her parents, Phillip Goddard and Rose Martin; and her daughter Joanne. She is survived by: her children, Jack, Jim (Melonie), Tom, Louise and Peter; her grandchildren, Nairn (Casey), Alyessa (Jaden), LeeAnne (David), Ryan (Chantal), Tommy Terrie (Brylee), Yousef (Felicia), Romi (Kelsey), Dani and Jeremey; her great grandchildren, Layla, Zayd, Amira, Reya, Sami, Clark, Malina, Parker, Heidi, Eliza, Victoria, Lena, Norah, Mila, Nathanel and Blair; her close friend Millie; her child Sami (Eva); and her granddaughter Veronica.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Northern Cancer Centre or Sudbury Food Bank.
