She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Gies and Lillian Gies; and her siblings, Leo Jr., Bill, John, Larry, Linda and Deanna.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Goedhuis; her sons, Leo (Bianca) of Wasaga Beach and John (Diana) of Alban; and her siblings, Barbara, Sally, Noella and Jim. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
