We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Emma Lillian Goedhuis (Sudbury, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Gies and Lillian Gies; and her siblings, Leo Jr., Bill, John, Larry, Linda and Deanna.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Goedhuis; her sons, Leo (Bianca) of Wasaga Beach and John (Diana) of Alban; and her siblings, Barbara, Sally, Noella and Jim. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 76 – Ladies Auxiliary (1553 Weller St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3B1K9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Church (1887 Bancroft Drive, Sudbury, ON P3B1S7).
