He was predeceased by: his son Rusty Hearty; his parents, Clifford Hearty and Adrianne Hearty (Grenon); and his brother Wayne Hearty (Gateanne). He is survived by: his wife Denise "Chicky" Hearty (Lafrance); his daughters, Tammy Hearty (Brent Gignac) and Cathy Labrecque (Rob); his grandchildren, Cyle, Tanner Labrecque, Madie and Jake; his siblings, Patricia Burnett, Sharon Burnett (Roger), Bernie Hearty (Helen), Brenda Forgues (Frank) and Clifford Hearty; and his sister-in-law Marlene Loria (Robert).
