He was predeceased by: his parents, Aimé Berthiaume and Suzanne Berthiaume. He is survived by: his daughters, Isabelle and Charlize Berthiaume; the mother of his children Deidra Berthiaume; his brothers, Georges (Carole), Mario (Janice) and François Berthiaume (Kim); his in-laws, Carole and Jim Boulrice; his brother-in-law Jesse Boulrice (Lyne); and his siblings' children, Danika, Joshua, Mathieu, Larkin and Jase. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
