He is survived by: his stepmother Dorothy Eshkawkogan; his wife Tina; his children, Kevin (Melissa), Adam (Stefanie), Amsay (Carlos), Faith (Chad) and Santana (Evan); his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Saraya, Koyhn, Dayen, Miya, Leeda, Selena, Valentina, Anthony, Ignatius, Nazareth, Gracie, Cedar and Saylor; his great grandchildren, Faith and River; his siblings, Jerry, Micheal (Daphne), Bernadette (Bruno), Jeffery (Hali), Mark, Bonita, Peter (Dawn), Patricia (Barclay) and Gertrude; and his aunts and uncles, Arthur Jacko, Ursala Madahbee, Helen Petahtegoose (Bernie), Rita Osawabine (Frank), Henry Jacko, Gloria Pitawanakwat (Gilbert), Lawrence Jacko, Rose Anderson (Gary), Vernon Jacko, Betty Corbiere (Frank), Cecil Jacko and Lennox Jacko.
