With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gaston Paquette (Sudbury, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bérangère Paquette and Joseph Télésphore Paquette; and his siblings, Charles-Édouard (Gisèle), Fernand (Jeannine), Marie-Claire (Richard), Gérard and Jean-Jacques.
He is survived by: his sister Colombe; his sisters-in-law, Aline, Linda and Thérèse Gosselin; his wife Janine Paquette; his children, Danielle (Mike), Lucie (Gerry), Josée (Daniel), Sylvain (Colleen) and Mireille (Yvan); his grandchildren, Janine (Richard), Mathieu (Monika), Michelle (Tim), Véronique (Kevin), Caroline (James), Stéfan (Jasmin), Patrick (Rachel), Nicolette (Blase), Liam (Sydney), Pascale-Anne (Ryan), Eric, Samuel (Vikki), Phillipe and Joël; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Chloé, Lennon, Freddie, Aubrey, Wells and Lola.
In lieu of flowers, please give to Maison McCulloch Hospice or Operation Smile Canada, an organisation very dear to Gaston.
