She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gordon and Edith Mary Thompson; and her brother James "Jimmy" Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Klaus Rohrbacher; her siblings, Shirley (Ed) of Tehkummah, Mary (Bill) of Gravenhurst and Brian (Sandra) of Hanmer; her niece Wendy; and her nephews, John, Don, Scott Sagle, Daryl, Ryan Brousseau, Chad, Jimmy, Matthew Thompson, Gordon and Nathan Thompson.

In her memory, donations may be made to the Health Sciences North Foundation – Cancer Centre Fund.
