He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Laura Fraser; his mother Adeline Fraser; his siblings, Tony (Patsy), Jack (Ethel), Edna (Foster) and Douglas (Helen); his siblings-in-law, Joseph, Richard, Camille, Emmitt, Leo, Adelard Chiblow, Martha Peltier, Rita Belleau, Lena Boyer, Elva Morningstar and Peggy Chiblow; and also Gerald Nootchtai (Violet).

He is survived by: his children, Connie Martin (Louis), Brian Fraser (Helen) and Dolores Fraser; and his grandchildren, Louis (Barbara), Sharon, Amanda, Tracy (Timothy), Shannon, Lorelei (Robert), Vance, Lori and Joanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations to Finlandia Village in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
