He was predeceased by: his parents, Séverin Lacroix and Lucille Lacroix; his sister Ghislaine Lacroix; and his sister-in-law Denise Dunn (Dennis). He is survived by: his wife Anne Lacroix; his sons, Eric Lacroix (Nicole Fredette) and Sylvain Lacroix; his grandchildren, Daxime Lacroix and Kalèm Lacroix; his siblings, Nicole Hamelin (late Armand), Marc Lacroix and Ruth Lacroix; and his siblings-in-law, Yvan Vaillancourt (Lise), Suzanne Potvin (late Rick), Lise Paquin, Diane Daoust (Gilles), Marie-Claire Rivest (Raymond), Rémi Vaillancourt (Jacqueline), Michel Vaillancourt (Ginette), Denis Vaillancourt (Nicole) and Aurèl Vaillancourt (Sylvie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cooperative Funeral Home (4691 Regional Rd 15, Chelmsford, ON P0M1L0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Even when Parkinson's entered his life, he never stopped enjoying the simple pleasures of each day: peaceful early morning walks, joyful rounds of golf, cooking, camping, boating… and the small home projects he tackled with passion and care.
