She was predeceased by: her parents, Étienne Sylvestre and Aldéa Sylvestre; and her siblings, Monique (late Roger), Madeleine, Cécile, Régis (Clothilde), Germain and Pierre (Florence).

She is survived by: her husband Kevin Heneberry; her children, Jocelyne Heneberry (Michael Sipos), David Heneberry (Kim Giles) and Andrew Heneberry (Julie Malette); her grandchildren, Megan Heneberry and Colin Heneberry; her siblings, Marie-Luce (Noël), Françoise (Robert), Thérèse (late Jim), Josette (late Tom), Jean (Estelle), Raymond and George-Étienne; and her granddaughters, Mary, Barb and Nancy.

In memory of Hélène, donations can be made by cheque or online to the Sudbury Infant Food Bank.
