She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Forsmann and Maria Kionzik; and her husband Michael O'Donnell. She is survived by: her children, Susan Holierhoek (Fred), Thomas and Steve; and her grandsons, Colin and Evan. She is also survived by many friends and family.
