We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2023, at the age of 77, Jack Laporte (Sudbury, Ontario), born in Timmins, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Laporte to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Therese; and his brother Robert Laporte. He is survived by: his father Eugene; his wife Irma; his children, Jessica Laporte-Lafantaisie (Marc) and Derek (April); his granddaughters, Brooklyn and Sophia; and his caregivers, Dr. Carlson, Dr. Calvillo and Dr. Malone. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Donations in Jack's memory can be made to Maison McCulloch Hospice, Northeast Regional Cancer Centre, or Princess Margaret Hospital.
