He was predeceased by: his sister Carol-Ann Matylewicz; and his father Andrew Kulik. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kulik; his mother Marguerite Hay; his children, Laurie-Ann Kulik (Michael Morrison) and Kevin Kulik (Christina Price); his grandchildren, Kalvin, Tanner Morrison, Kayleigh and James Kulik; and his broker Mihkel Harilaid. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers he asked for donations to be made to be made to Maison McCulloch Hospice.
