Joan Elizabeth Steadman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Steadman of Sudbury, Ontario, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Stephenson and Christine Stephenson (Stewart); her brother Stewart Stephenson; and her pets, Flash and Kirk.

She is survived by: her husband William Steadman; her brothers, Clive Stephenson (Debbie) of Sudbury and Brian Stephenson (Lynne) of Scotland; her stepdaughters, Mary Steadman (Kaare Clausen) of London and England; her close friends, John and Debbie Boyuk; Johnny and James.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's United Church, Copper Cliff United Church, or to the SPCA.
