Joan Voutier Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Andrew and Stella Beatrice; and her siblings, Ronald, Clare and Mary Powell.

She is survived by: her brother George of Arnprior; her significant other Thomas Van Horne (Tom); her children, Phil (Elsa), George (Julie) and Sherri; her grandchildren, Michelle, Jonathan, Kaylie and Evan; her sister-in-law Jean of Perth; and her friend Maria Saari. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
