He was predeceased by: his wife Madeleine Bouchard; his parents, Oswald Bouchard and Aldea Bouchard; and his siblings, Gilberte Daniel and Rheo.

He is survived by: his sons, Guy (Kelly), Denis (Alma) and Pierre (Lisa); his stepchildren, Ricky (late Debra), Randy and Sheila; his grandchildren, Kolter, Alexandra, Kayla, Matthew and Lance; his great grandchildren, Owen and Addison; and his siblings, Giselle, Anita, Lillian, Michel, Georges and Laurier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
