He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Kirwan and JP Kirwan; and his sisters, Marilyn Freeland (Sammy), Frances Clark (Alex), Audrey Van Steenovan (Cornelius) and Heather Vellow (Peter).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kirwan; the father of his child Brent Kirwan (Cassie) of Ottawa; his daughter Paula Jorgensen (Curtis) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Andrew, Lara and Kate Jorgensen; his siblings, Hayes Kirwan (Betty) of Garson and Sharon Henderson (Victor) of Coniston; his brother-in-law Joe Pintur (Joan) of Sudbury; his friends, Dan and Dene Zadow; and also Victor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
