He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise Butler; his parents, Francis McIntosh and Elizabeth McIntosh; his stepchildren, Joy Andersen, Jason Butler, Darryl Butler (Stacey) and Lisa Dise (Michael); and his grandchildren, David, Adam Andersen, Holly Butler, Oliver and Soren Dise. He was also cherished by many relatives, and friends.
