With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Johnny Judson Nickerson (Sudbury, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Johnny Judson Nickerson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Nickerson and Mina (Bethune); and his siblings, Violet, Donald and Faylene.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his son Dean; his daughter-in-law Liz; his grandson Judson (Kate); and his brother-in-law Hillis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1).
