He is survived by: his wife Jillian; his children, Sam and Carly; and his siblings, Annie Long (Ewart), Sophie White (late Gordon Skinner), John (late Lauren), Joan, Gerald (Debbie), Sadie Thomson (Stephen), Elizabeth McPhee (Ron), Hayward (Kimberley), Lori Wallace (David) and Lindsay (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces & nephews.
