She was predeceased by: her siblings, Emma McAllister and Matthew Forbes. She is survived by: her mother Debbie McAllister (Jamie); her spouse Tracy Fortin; her child Kassidy Kohtala; her siblings, Karrie Kotyluk and Ross Kotyluk; and her grandparents, Wendy Fex (late Lloyd) and Fred Forbes (Clara). She is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
