It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurette Marie Alaine Fortin (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Yvon; her parents, Jean Henri and Marianne Henri; and her siblings, Laurent Henri, Emile Henri, Blanche L'éclair, Jean-Marie Henri and Rosella Cormier.
She is survived by: her spouse Édouard Fortin; her son René (Terry); her granddaughters, Katie Fortin (Curt) and Jenny Fortin (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Molly and Allie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
