With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leona Nahwegahbow (Sudbury, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Recollet and Christine Recollet; and her siblings, Grace, Rose (late Emile), Frederick (Viola), Josephine (Eugene), Doris and Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney, Julian and Laurie Ann; her grandsons, Curtis, Keith, Duncan and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Luke; her close friend Kwezens; and her brother John (late Sheila). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
