He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Matson; and his parents, Ollie Matson and Astrid Olea Matson. He is survived by: his sons, Tony, Andy of Ottawa and Ron (Jody) of Kitchener; his grandchildren, Reagen, Shaylee, Olivia, Angelina and Sam; and his brother Ronald Matson (Karen) of Chicago.
