She was predeceased by: her parents, George McIvor and Rose McIvor; and her sister Alma Splett (late Harry). She is survived by: her husband Harold "Harry" Konowalchuk; her children, Tara Hreljac (Mathew) and Stephen "Steve" Konowalchuk (Kyla); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Kiera and Kiana; her cousins, Rosalie, Jeannette, Elizabeth and Pitou; and her family Dr. K. Deblacam.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cooperative Funeral Home (222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, ON P3A1W5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
